Why Girltalk, God Listens: It was a thought that came to Dr. Lakita when she was thinking about the spiritual needs of the girls that attended the GirlTalk Conference.  As the world continues to suggest certain ways to act, some which can lead young girls astray it is necessary to model and actually teach girls how to learn more about their spiritual selves so as to strengthen their character. This will allow them to make better informed decisions for their life.  It is with this earnest mission that we prayerfully desire to see girls and the women who support them to be encouraged and inspired to read, study and live out biblical principles.  

The Purpose: Much of the discouragement that happens in the spiritual lives of girls and women, is because they are not truly sure about their walk with God, and they have not fully lived out God’s purpose for their life. To truly experience the fullness of God’s Word, this will require that girls and the women who support them take a systematic look and teaching approach in the word of God.

·        Motivational and Spiritually Inspired and Engaging Classes

·        Relevant Biblical Teachings that Inspire Personal Change and Growth

·        Applicable for Girls and Women of all ages (Men are not excluded from any setting)

·        An Outreach to Cause People to Be Better People
